For print booklet to work with bleed, there needs to be no bleed on the inside, you can remove the inside bleed when you use facing pages in InDesign. From InDesign, choose File> Print Booklet, From Acrobat, File> Print> Booklet. It makes a nice little - but not too little -booklet, and saves toner and trees. Generally, a commercial printer would want single pages and they would do the imposition. If someone were printing a lot, I may recommend getting a double-sided printer, but since I am printing less than one paper per month, this method works for me.
